How the room behaves
Inspire Women is a curated community. The trust of the room is the product. These are the commitments every member makes and the behaviors we do not compromise on.
The commitments
Confidentiality. What is said in the session stays in the session. Goals, numbers, and personal context are not discussed outside the community, ever, in any setting.
Good faith. You participate to build, to contribute, and to hold others accountable. Not to sell, not to recruit, not to extract.
Presence. When you show up, you show up. Phones down during the round table. Attention on the person speaking.
Directness with care. We give each other the real feedback. We do it respectfully. We do not soften the truth into uselessness.
Zero tolerance
Harassment, discrimination, or sexual misconduct of any kind, against any member, staff, or guest, is grounds for immediate termination of membership.
Breach of session confidentiality is grounds for immediate termination of membership.
Using the community primarily as a sales channel or MLM recruiting platform is grounds for termination.
The things we don't do
We do not compare. We do not hierarchy. A founder raising a seed round and a designer building her first client list are both here because they belong here.
We do not perform vulnerability. We share what is useful to share. We don't confess for its own sake.
We do not fix. We witness, we ask better questions, we hold. Advice is offered when asked for, not pushed when assumed.
Raising a concern
If something in the community feels off, you can raise it directly with Carmen (carmen@inspirewomen.lat) or with any member of the operating team.
We take concerns seriously. We investigate before acting. We protect the person raising the concern.
Enforcement
For minor breaches, we will have a direct conversation and expect a change in behavior. For significant or repeated breaches, we terminate membership without refund of the current billing month.
Decisions are made by the operating team. Our judgment calls may not always be right, but they are always made in service of the community's trust.
Why this exists
The thing that makes the Lima session valuable is not the venue, the facilitation, or even the women who attend. It is the agreement that this room is safe to say the real thing in. That agreement is fragile. These rules are what protect it.
Ten founding seats still available.
Monthly sessions in Lima. Lifetime founding pricing. The rules above apply to every member.
